Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 2026-08-03
This page is a thorough working draft and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer qualified in Malian/OHADA law. It will be updated once that review is complete.
1. Acceptance
By accessing and using the Sahel Supply & Logistics (SSL) website (sahelsl.com), you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Services
Sahel Supply & Logistics provides logistics, freight forwarding, customs clearance, supply chain management, warehousing, and consulting services. The website is an informational and commercial contact platform. Quote requests submitted online are not binding until confirmed in writing by Sahel Supply & Logistics.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use this website for legitimate business enquiries only. You must not: submit false, misleading or fraudulent information; use the forms to send unsolicited commercial messages; attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its serverless functions or any connected system; probe, scan or overload the infrastructure, or circumvent the rate limiting and anti-bot measures in place; scrape or systematically extract content; or use the site in a way that breaches any applicable law, sanctions regime or export-control rule.
4. Content You Submit
The quote form accepts document attachments. By uploading a file or entering text, you confirm that you have the right to share it with us, that it contains no malicious code, and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights. Do not upload sensitive personal data. You keep ownership of what you send; you grant Sahel Supply & Logistics permission to store and use it for the sole purpose of assessing and responding to your request. We may refuse or delete any submission that breaches this section, and are not obliged to retain a copy of material we reject. How submissions are stored and for how long is set out in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the exclusive property of Sahel Supply & Logistics or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any reproduction without prior written consent is prohibited.
6. No Warranty
This website, and the documents offered for download on it, are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In particular, Sahel Supply & Logistics does not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site is free of harmful components. The guides and templates published in our Resources section are general information, not professional, legal, customs or tax advice, and must not be relied on as such; rates, tariffs and regulations change, and you should confirm anything material with us in writing before acting on it.
7. Limitation of Liability
Sahel Supply & Logistics strives to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but cannot guarantee its completeness or accuracy. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, it shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, nor for any loss of profit, business, data or goodwill, arising from the use of — or the inability to use — this website or the information it contains. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. This section concerns the website only; liability for our transport, transit and logistics services is governed by our General Terms of Sale and by the applicable transport conventions.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Sahel Supply & Logistics against any claim, loss or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these Terms, from content you submit through this website, or from your unlawful use of the site. We will notify you of any such claim and give you a reasonable opportunity to take part in its handling.
9. Third-Party Links and Services
This website links to third-party sites and embeds third-party services (for example a map provider, a messaging service and an anti-bot check). Those links and services are provided for convenience. Sahel Supply & Logistics does not control them, does not endorse their content, and is not responsible for their availability, accuracy or practices. Your use of a third-party site or service is governed by that party’s own terms and privacy policy.
10. Personal Data
The personal data you provide through this website — including any document you attach to a quote request — is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. That policy names every service provider involved, states where data is stored and for how long, and explains how to exercise your rights.
11. Suspension of Access
Sahel Supply & Logistics may restrict or suspend access to this website, without notice, in the event of misuse, an attempted security breach, or where required by applicable law. This does not affect the performance of any separately agreed service contract.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mali. The parties will first seek an amicable resolution to any dispute; given Mali’s membership in OHADA, they may agree to submit an unresolved dispute to arbitration under the rules of the OHADA Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA). Absent such agreement, any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bamako, Mali.
13. Notices
Formal notices regarding this website (e.g. an intellectual-property or legal claim) must be sent in writing to [email protected]. Routine contact through the website’s forms or WhatsApp does not constitute a formal notice under these Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
